We are happy to share our experience with 3E Kansas City regarding the warranty service on our Kohler backup generator. -- We live in Manhattan, KS. -- For over a year the generator had a slow, annoying, oil leak that our local service provider could not find and resolve. As the generator is relatively new (slightly over 2 years in service) it's still well within the warranty period. 3E was contacted and an appointment was scheduled. -- "Cody" arrived as scheduled and was cordial and professional. -- Once the generator covers were removed, Cody CAREFULLY examined the underside of the and was able to locate the source of the leak within 20 minutes... which was coming from a hose connection that was not sealed properly at the time of assembly. Thank you Cody and the 3E team for a job WELL DONE!!! -- Regarding problems, we had previously been advised that 3E "knows their stuff" and will not leave until the problem has been resolved!!! -- We highly recommend 3E Kansas City for maintenance and/or repair services!!!
